Enduro Swiss Championships Laax

The last Swiss Championship of the three-week race was in the discipline Enduro. In Enduro, the goal is to complete individual downhill stages as quickly as possible. Between the individual stages there are so-called transfers, where the time does not matter. For me, the race fit very well into my race plan and accordingly I wanted to face this challenge.

I started the race without any ambitions and just wanted to have fun. Nevertheless, it was my goal to achieve a good result and to deliver my best possible performance. I did this very well on the first three stages and was even close to a top-10 finish at times. Unfortunately I ran out of energy and concentration on the last stage and lost too much time there. In the end it was enough for the 18th place in the race and the 16th place in the Swiss Championship ranking.
