Heading to the races in my Audi Q6 e-tron from Clyde

Between training sessions, races, and sponsor events, I spend an enormous amount of time in the car as a professional athlete. That’s exactly why it’s important for me to have a vehicle that’s not only comfortable but also truly fits my everyday life.

On the road, the fast-charging capability is particularly impressive. The Audi Q6 e-tron can charge at up to 270 kW. That means you can go from 10 to 80 percent charge in about 21 minutes at a fast-charging station. Just enough time for a coffee, a bite to eat, or a quick break on the way to the race.

The Audi Q6 e-tron has a 100 kWh battery. This provides a tremendous sense of security, especially on longer trips to races or training camps.

Depending on driving style and conditions, ranges of over 500 kilometers are easily achievable. In everyday life, this means that I’m often on the road within Switzerland or in neighboring countries without having to constantly worry about charging.

Another feature I find exciting is that the car recovers energy through regenerative braking when braking or coasting. Especially in Switzerland, with its many mountains, you notice this time and again.

In sports, everyday life is constantly changing, which is why I can always drive the right car for any situation. That’s exactly why I really like the Clyde concept.
